Return and Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we provide a straightforward return or exchange process within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product remains unwashed, unworn, and includes the original tags.

UK Orders

For all UK orders, we cover the cost of return shipping. When processing a refund, please be aware that it will be credited to the original payment method. Kindly note that the original shipping cost is not included in the refund.

International Orders

For international orders, we do not offer free return shipping, and refunds do not encompass any Taxes & Duties incurred from your original order. However, if you require an exchange for international orders, we will bear the expense of sending your exchanged item back to you. For inquiries regarding Taxes & Duties refunds for returned items, please contact your local customs office to determine if any compensation is applicable.

Exceptions to Our Policy

1. Limited Edition Drops: Due to their limited availability and unique nature, Limited Edition Drops are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Hygienic Products: In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
– Facemasks
– Face coverings
– Balaclavas
– Compression bottoms
– Underwear
– Socks
